Hey there Corvallis people-interested-in-the arts! You all should make a tour of the following three places if you have any Christmas shopping left to do:
Teal Gallery: All regional artists. Lots of cool stuff, from glasswork and wood works to intaglio prints. Affordable art.
Many Hands Trading: Fair trade items from Bali, Mexico, and other faraway places. Nice ikat weavings, inexpensive hand carved ornaments, recycled silk unwoven from Nepalese saris.
Corvallis Art Center: As always, a class act. Support local artists! Great prices on nifty, original textile art. Lots of earrings under 20 bucks. Jewel-like photographs from Italy, Greece. Colorful ceramics.

I had fun just touring these 3 places, just like gallery-hopping.
